Registration
How do I register for the congress?
Visit the Registration page, choose your category and pricing tier, then complete the online form. You'll receive a confirmation email with your invoice within 24–48 hours.
What does my registration fee include?
Access to all scientific sessions, congress materials, coffee breaks, networking lunches, the welcome reception and a CME-accredited certificate of attendance.
Can I get a refund if I can't attend?
Cancellations made before 1 November 2026 are eligible for a partial refund. Please contact our team for the full cancellation policy.
Do you offer group or institutional discounts?
Yes — delegations of 5 or more are eligible for discounted group rates. Contact us for a custom quote.
Attending the Congress
Is the congress CME accredited?
Yes, accreditation details will be published on this site as they are confirmed. All attendees receive a certificate of attendance.
Will sessions be available virtually?
The congress is primarily an in-person event in Cairo. Please check back for updates on hybrid/virtual access options.
What language will sessions be presented in?
All scientific sessions are conducted in English.
Is there a dress code?
Business/business-casual attire is recommended for all sessions and the welcome reception.
Travel & Visa
Do I need a visa to attend?
Most international visitors can obtain a visa on arrival or apply for an e-Visa in advance. Requirements vary by nationality — please check with your local Egyptian embassy.
Can I request an invitation letter for my visa application?
Yes, an official invitation letter can be requested after completing your registration. Contact our team with your details.
What hotels are recommended near the venue?
We recommend staying at Marriott Zamalek itself, or nearby hotels in Zamalek and Downtown Cairo, all within a short drive of the venue.

How do I submit an abstract?

What is the submission deadline?
Please refer to the Abstract Submission page for the current deadline — early submission is strongly encouraged.
Will accepted abstracts be published?
Selected abstracts will be featured in the official congress program and may be considered for oral or poster presentation.
