Registration & Payment
Registration is confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Rates and available tiers are shown on the Registration page and are subject to change until payment is received.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Refund eligibility depends on the timing of the request relative to the congress dates — please contact our team for the current cancellation policy.
Abstract Submission
By submitting an abstract, authors confirm the work is original, has not been previously published, and consent to its inclusion in official ONTIC congress proceedings and website if accepted.
Program Changes
The organizing committee reserves the right to modify the scientific program, speakers or venue arrangements where necessary, and will communicate material changes to registered delegates.
Code of Conduct
All attendees, speakers and exhibitors are expected to engage respectfully and professionally throughout the congress and any associated events.
